Differentiated Professional Development
Professional development should not be “one size fits all!” As teachers learn how to create and use PSTs, differentiate instruction, assess student performance, etc. they may be at different places in their learning. Some may need more help on creating PSTs,. others may need more help in learning how to teach students to use creative thinking skills, and still others are ready to learn more about assessing student performance. Professional development must be designed to help each teacher continue his or her continuous improvement so that students continuously improve.
